Echodyne, the radar platform company, announced that its radar systems have been selected by Digital Force Technologies (DFT) as the primary sensors across the company’s Seraphim Counter-UAS (C-UAS) family of systems. DFT integrates defense expertise and advanced technology to deliver modular, autonomous solutions for the detection, assessment, tracking, deterrence and defeat of uncrewed aircraft system (UAS) threats.Designed for flexibility, Seraphim systems range from expeditionary and mobile units to fixed-site protection, providing agile, rapid-deployment capabilities for a variety of operational environments. DFT was selected under the TERAPIN project to deliver an ultra-endurance, autonomous mobile sensor and effector platform equipped with advanced edge processing for expeditionary warfighters operating in remote and austere locations.Echodyne’s portfolio of high-performance radars, including EchoShield® and EchoGuard®, are now integrated across the Seraphim C-UAS family, providing high-fidelity detection, classification and precision tracking data.The TERAPIN initiative, part of a U.S. Marine Corps program, aims to deliver persistent, all-domain sensing and surveillance, tactical early warning, multi-domain intrusion detection and AI/ML-enabled computer vision.
