Ouster Inc. and ARGUS Interception GmbH have announced a strategic agreement to integrate Ouster digital lidar into ARGUS's A1-Falke net-based counter-drone interceptors. The partnership aims to improve the precision and reliability of non-kinetic drone capture operations, particularly in safety-sensitive environments protecting critical infrastructure and public spaces. The companies will also explore next-generation capabilities using Ouster's new Rev8 digital lidar platform.
ONE Bow River National Defense Fund has made a strategic growth investment in PteroDynamics Inc., a Colorado-based developer of autonomous VTOL unmanned aircraft systems. The capital will accelerate development and flight testing of the company's Transwing UAS platform and expand manufacturing capacity. PteroDynamics is currently developing its fifth-generation P5 Transwing under a U.S. Navy contract, with initial flight testing scheduled for later this summer.

The companies said the integrated platform successfully detected and engaged small drone threats in less than three seconds using existing military weapon systems upgraded with radar and AI technologies.
