The University of Maryland UAS Research and Operations Center (UROC) is at the forefront of UAS research and is comprised of experts in military and civilian aviation, engineering, and project management. UROC experts leverage decades of experience and cutting-edge technology to accelerate the safe, responsible application of UAS in public and private industries. A current focus is developing the Chesapeake UAS Route Network for integrated crewed/uncrewed regional flight operations to include Advanced Air Mobility (AAM).
