Grand Forks County, in collaboration with GrandSKY, announced the launch of Project ULTRA (UAS Logistics, Traffic, Research, and Autonomy), an innovative initiative aimed at enhancing the Department of Defense’s (DoD) capabilities through advanced unmanned aerial systems (UAS) technology.

Scott Meyer, with his rich background in community and military engagement, steps into this role to lead GrandSKY's efforts in working closely with both the UAS industry and the broader community. Meyer's appointment underscores GrandSKY's commitment to fostering innovation, supporting Grand Forks Air Force Base, and contributing to the economic growth of North Dakota.
