Archer Aviation Inc., a leader in electric vertical takeoff and landing (eVTOL) aircraft, announced its subsidiary, Archer Air, has received its Part 135 Air Carrier & Operator Certificate from the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA).

Archer Aviation Inc. announced it has signed a Space Act Agreement with the National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA). The collaboration will kick off with an initial project focused on studying high-performance battery cells and safety testing targeted for Advanced Air Mobility and space applications.

Air Chateau and Archer signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) covering the planned purchase and providing for an initial non-refundable, pre-delivery payment of $1M by December 31, 2023.
