SkyDrive Inc. announced that it has signed an agreement with JTB Corp. to create new tourism value using electric Vertical Takeoff and Landing (eVOTLs). The partnership aims to contribute to regional revitalization by introducing eVTOL tourism services to local companies and municipalities.
General Atomics Aeronautical Systems, Inc. (GA-ASI) was awarded a contract on October 4, 2024, to develop a next generation high-frequency (HF) modem for the U.S. Naval Information Warfare (NAVWAR) Program Executive Office Command, Control, Communications, Computers and Intelligence (PEO C4I). The task order was issued by the Naval Information Warfare Center (NIWC) Pacific.
Regal Rexnord Corporation and Honeywell announced that the two companies have entered into a multi-year collaboration to build technologies for the emerging Advanced Air Mobility (AAM) market and be installed on Electric Vertical Take-Off and Landing (eVTOL) aircraft.
